I had given my Santro car to mahindra service at Guindy Chennai. I told them to check for tyre wobbiling . They did a wheel alignment and told me the problem was all tyres need replacement. They also told me to change the battery also.
The car was returned without fixing the problem and they charged me rs 5800 incl servicing. They are good only for tinkering and painting and bad in mechanical work. They ask you for feed back. When you give a bad feed back they ignore it. When the feedback is good they use it to reward their service advisors.
