Reviewing Mahendra's Institute is a complicated task as I had a mixed experience there. Judging the institute on some aspects give it a positive rating and on the other hand it is worse in some aspects!
It offers crash course preparation for Banking and SSC exams and also runs special classes for specific exams like DP, SI etc. It offers admissions on the basis of Cards like the Silver Card, Green Card, Green Plus and the Simple SSC card!
They offer lifetime cards and they really fooled me in the name of lifetime card. I took admission on April 11, 2017 and for a silver card, they took a fee of Rs. 6000, Course - SSC. Very soon as I started the class, an announcer came in and announced that the fees has been reduced to Rs. 4000 for silver card ans so, please refer your friends to join mahendras and let them enjoy the discount. I even contacted the Branch Officer that they took 6000 from me and then reduced the fee to 4000 in just three days and this is cheating. He bluntly told that all this happens from the HO in Lucknow and so, he could not help.
My batch was a morning batch at 6 AM in the morning and so we were bound to report at 5:55 AM. But the teacher specially Mr. Dubey, the GS faculty always came at 6:15 and so, the class always got late. Once a batch student complained this to the Branch Head, who instead of managing the case properly, told the name of the student and batch to the faculty who was annoyed and decided to take revenge from whole batch and started carrying the GS course at a great rush and finished a course scheduled for three months in just two months. He taught almost only 50% of the actual course and finished his class.
Mahendra's institute is not a very good choice as per my experience there as I saw that the staff showed bad behavior and made decisions based on personal bias!
