Hello everyone, How are you all? Well, i am writing this review after getting so much frustrated from the ST Bus Service. The Bus frequency is too low, for e.g. if 1 bus came at so and so time so the next bus will be coming at any time which is more than 1 hour. I had a ward with a master over there at bus depot they are also not co-operative and gives only one reason of traffic. They should increase the buses in our city and also make a schedule for actual timing of a bus, there is no systematic procedure over there.
Talking about the bus interior, condition which gives us the feeling of travelling in a bullock-cart.One more thing i'll like to share is the rules regarding bus pass which is out of this world,lol. I mean if your pass is expired and you are going to renew it after 'n' number of days let's say 20, so what they do is they will renew your pass from the last date which is the date when your pass expired then what's the use of that pass.
I only wanted to say is please co-operate, help each and every passenger and solve the issue and do the needful.
