They have nasty habit of declaring your meter as faulty if u do not consume their predefined no. of units. Even if you do not stay in the residence, minimum faulty meter bill is sent to u.
In order to rectify thier mistake, u have to go at least 25 times to their office. You have to take their officers to your home to make them see that your meeter is working.
After this verification procedure, you have take sign of atleast three officers who are busiest creatures on this globe. You will have to wait for about 1/2 hour at each of this table.
One this 'chakrvayuh' is passed, in the last lap you are informed that they would like to verify meter of the place where u reside at present also. Again go through entire cycle.
