Too Noisy and Electricity Sucker. Review on Maharaja Whiteline VIVA EK-105 Electric Kettle

I purchased this Maharaja Whiteline VIVA Electric Kettle in emergency purpose and only bachelors can understand what happen when you are alone and have to make food for 3 people. I got this product and expecting under working condition but when I swithed on. I found that it was a defective piece and instanly I rushed to the dealer and asked them to replace but then also I faced many difficulties in replacement as I came under 1 hour, they are questioning me how plugged the wire? and does it was fallen? , Representing me as a dumb. This is the customer service from Maharaja. But finally when I got another one I checked it at their shop but when I am boiling Maggi for the first time I can hear some irritating sound of higher volume, like something was sparking inside the kettle. And the worst thing is that it was electricity sucker, that means it consumes too much electricity from the beginning and as days passes it time taking for boiling increases which cause more electricity consumption. And as expected, exactly after 8 days of usage the kettle stopped working but only LED indicator lits up on switching it on.I can't imagine that under one week any electronic kettle can stop working. I went their customer service centre and you won't believe but seriously they took more than a month to repair my kettle as it was under warranty I don't have to pay anything. After repairing also the irritating sound continued. I asked their representative then they replied that it was natural inbuild and can't be repaired. For this much worst service provider I rate only 2 out of 5 to Maharaja Whiteline VIVA electric kettle and wouldn't suggest anyone to buy this.
