Thy don't blv in "First impression is d last one". Review on Mahanirvan Spa - Yerawada - Pune

You don't expect a newly opened spa which calls itself'the biggest in the city', located in one of the fastest growing residential and commercial areas of the city, and dedicated to offer the best of the relaxation therepies to its customers, to hire the "First Voice" which, instead of sounding courteous and considerate rather sounds like a'noise'!

Negatives -> The first call! Be prepared to answer questions which are not relevant to your decision to book a relaxing massage(or any other service for that matter). An arrogant, rude & ignorant voice welcomes you over the phone when you call up for booking and you are asked to decide a service over the same call itself. Hence, have their menu handy when you call them. Illogical!

The male masseuse needs some more training on the subject, he is very courteous though.

I had noticed fellow female customers getting uncomfortable because there was a male representative asking them about their choice of service they want. Female customers might not be very comfortable with male representatives in discussing the details of the services.

Positives -> Staff(serving at the spa) is courteous, well spoken. Spa is clean and well built. Ambience is superb. Music is soothing. Service can be better.
