I have travelled by this train more then 15 times till now, believe me instead of improving with time it keeps on declining from bad to worse. The Mahanagiri starts from CST and gets terminated at Varanasi. Most of the time it is impossible to get tickets within a week date. Regarding its timing it never reaches on time at any station, always late by 1-2 hrs.Yes I can understand if it once but it's the same most of the time. The total travelling time from CST to Varanasi is more then 30 hrs and still they don't have a pantry facilities.
The Indian Railway is the largest rail network in the world, but when it comes to service its of the lowest quality. There are lots of improvement to be done especially on Northern Railways section. But instead of making improvement whoever becomes Railway minister he tries to deviate all the train to his doorstep just to get some votes from the people of his constituency.
