My orthopedic suggested me this diagnostic center for MRI of my leg. I had an appointment at 8pm and I reached the place exactly by 7:55pm.
There were many patients waiting in line but I was positive that I had an appointment so I would be taken at 8pm in for the MRI.
I inquired at the reception and the person told me to wait. I was made to wait upto 11:45pm and that was really sad but luckily my dad was there with me. They took me in and started MRI process. They faced some problem and midway they told me to come out of the scanning center and called me again te next day.
I was very much surprised at their behavior so I questioned them and I got to know that their machine was not operational as it was very long that the leg MRI machine was not used.
They called me the next day at 8pm. I was assured that I would be attended first. The next day I reached at 8 again and as said they took me in and te mi was done.
It was a very bad experience to wait till 12 inspite being a girl and then the machine too wasn't working. Better visit some other diagnostic center.
