I write this to share a pathetic moment of what I had a worst experience with Magna Infotech. I was a former employee worked with Magna Infotech for its client DELL Hyderabad location. Initially, when I got this offer from Magna Infotech to go on a contractual mode for its client DELL, I rejected and was absolutely not ready at all( As because in my before company I was a permanent employee).
But the employees of Magna have called me plenty of times and promised me that only for 6 months it would be a contract and then gets permanent directly to DELL and also this is a 3 years project need to worry about the job security. Hence I trusted them and accepted and joined to fortune DELL. For starting moment, the days were good and I like the team, work and management everything was good.
On completion of my one month, I come to know that DELL management has recruited me for only 2 months of time where it was already discussed and agreed with Magna. When I asked my DELL manager he said, to fulfill a maternity employee position for a short duration they recruited me.
And also asked me to redirect my questions if any to Magna. There I was completely got cheated. When I called and asked them, they were pretending like innocent and asked me to write a email and they'll get back to me. I wrote the email and called continuously as a result no response. Believe or not I wrote plenty of emails asking for the update. Finally, their answer is Okay let it be whatever happens, if u are interested you can stay on BENCH until the other project comes that too only for 15 days if not you can resign/ automatically they'll send me to home.
Before my Dell manager sends out, I got the another permanent offer and resigned. Even for my FF settlement also, they made mess, deducted undefinable amount and issued it after 4 months to my consistent calls/emails where as per their rules it is within 3 months.
I really thankful to my DELL manager where he proactively told me truth before my last day. As he advised me to start searching for a new job before my last day comes.
Guys, I agree that there is a mistake that i've made that I accepted to go on contractual mode.
But this is really a worst and irresponsible company I ever seen. I strongly recommend don't join this company at any time.
