Before joining HR Team will respond your queries in polite way but after joining HR will never respond your Phone calls but you will respond the mails after 7 - 8 Reminders. Magna Infotech Employee have always fear of loosing their job. Magna HR Team will delay in Transaction from their side but is very fast in deduction.
