First of all Magna Info. is recuitment firm. I was selected for their one the client in Navi Mumbai. They offering me packg of 2.6 L/A. I got a call from Magna, just 2 days before joining.They say they can's afford 2.6 L/A so it will go down upto 2.0 L/A. I am full that I trust on Magna and I give resignation to my fellow company before recieve offer letter from Magna Infotech.
So final settlement goes down upto 2.4 L/A. On regular salary they cut 1 day salary from each month as per policy of "Leave and Cashment". I know my work and I just review their policy. After 11 month I got another offer of 4.0L/A. I told magna people about this and say what they can offer me to stay with current job.They assured me increament of 30% if perfomance is good but they are not ready to email the same. I know their attitude, if they can negotiate upto 20, 000 Rs./ Annum then what can I expect from them. Finally I left job.
During final settlement they behave like "Chindi Chor" type. They cut my all money which has been deduct per their "Leave and Cashment" policy. I ask why? Then they reply that it has been deduct bcoz of my Leave.but in reply "Magna already cut "leave without paid" from my salary itself. They said it is as per Magna Policy. IT SUCKS ME.MAGNA SUCKS EMPLOYEE.DON'T TRUST.I LOST 6000 RS.
