Pros:
Lot of good points
Very supportive and friendly HR.
Salaries are at Par compared to market.
Vast network and tie ups with fortune companies, so you always deployed at best IT companies.
No stopping or roadblocks if client wants to take on its payrolls.
Flexibility is better than many CMM Level 5 companies. On time salary gets credited.
Clients network in all the IT Hubs of India.(Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune and many more)
Cons:
Immediate joiners are preferred sometimes
Upload photo files with .jpg, .png and .gif extensions. Image size per photo cannot exceed 10 MB
