I have had a very frustrating experience with magicbricks. I had a property which I needed to post.
Initially I did pay for the package but due to my work travel I could follow up. Neither did I get any calls from them.I let it go.
The second time I again made a mistake of posting my property here by buying the premium postIng which gave 2 months of listing and this time I followed up with the team but all I got was a number of mails and number of calls but no result.
I made the payment for premium posting they said within 48 hrs my property will be online. But then I myself called them after waiting for 3 days about the posting.
Then they asked me to come online so tat they can guide me through it. So I went online, called them and then filled it as I was instructed.
They had promised a team of theirs who will come to take pictures of the property and post it. But then again no action was taken.
I called them again they said they will check and call back but I never got that call. after many such callls when I called they gave the same reply that they will call back but I was stern that I want immediate response.
He then tells me that my property was not on premium but on the ordinary posting.
By the time I had got this response it was 2 weeks out of my 2 month package.
Then again I got in touch with the team to rectify it.
He himself took my password saying he will rectify the mistake and post it on premium listing.
After all this confusion I got a call from magicbricks saying my property has some response and viewers want to contact me but since my property is listed in TRIAL package they can't view my contacts!
Then after a lot of confusion my property got posted in the premium listing but with a twist. My property is in a well developed area where it is has good demand but in the listing it was listed in some other area which I haven't even heard off!
Yet again I called them regarding it. It was almost 3 weeks up in my 2 month time with the package. I asked them to rectify the locality name and they said they cannot do it, I need to contact the customer care. By then I was out of patience.I told them along with magic bricks I had listed my property in 2 other websites where I faced no problem. So the executive in a very lethargic manner said
"NOW WHAT DO YOU WANT US TO DO?"
That was it. I had lost all hopes of getting it rectified. I said nothing from you!
I have lost my money twice with magic bricks.I request anyone who wants to register here please be sure to follow up. There are more chances of money going down the drain.
