Magic-bricks is a realtor reselling portal, an online version of the old concept called bricks n mortar. Although this website is rulings the real estate reselling category online for more than 12 years from now, I had tried the website a lot of time, but it's unfortunate to say in majority cases I didn't get a good response nor outcome, especially the experience at crisis was even worst. Well, why do I say that is due to the below said reason:

Once I had a need to find a good Pg for my accommodation while I was at service at Hyderabad, as I was pretty comfortable over the internet, I look no further & log into this site I got a lot of responses from various brokers(at no time) near the required location and they are mostly very annoying over phone - in most cases I found less helpful in solving queries and more into convincing at a higher rate some are even rude at refusals, but finally as I made a choice depending on commitment of a broker and his tone. I was feeling excited based on the location, convenience and price most importantly he offered to me beforehand.

Alas! I was put down to a shabby, semi constructed, and more importantly into an unhealthy atmosphere which not in my utter dream I could have ever thought of it anytime.

At my initial cum my final decision plus the anger or frustration I've shown to him, he shifted to his next planned motive(very cunningly) - he tried to convince me with an even higher priced apartment and by that time it was clear to me how vague it actually works unlike the showbiz is put on the sites like magic bricks.com.

Later on I dig into the matter as I often do(can't leave a matter like that) and the fact that came out was even bad, the site often sells a huge amount of property spaces at a lot - at huge prices to such small brokers who even do not have so many connections or apartment to his own so as because they were forced to buy in a lot they often try tricks like fake property posting, at some cases making partnership to many unfaithful brokers, in most of the time it may seem to us a property belonging to some owner but in practice you will find 15 other brokers demanding the same plot at variable rate misleading customers for no reason.

I take the opportunity through this review to protest against such disorganised organisation like magicbricks.com and it's following brokers who take advantage of the loopholes.

If you are someone looking for a plot or a Pg, do take the time to evaluate and find a better site one of my personal recommendation will be housing.com they are relatively transparent.
