The executives take keen interest in you to sell the advertisement packages, Gold, Platinum etc. and extract money from your pocket. Thereafter you are left in the lurch, whether you are able to upload the data, photographs, or videofiles, they are not concerned. In small towns the localities are not depicted, on being questioned, they ask for the lattitude and longitude so that the same can be updated. Once the data is submitted, you have to keep on following with the customercare, who politely ask for forgiveness several times in the conversation, trying to inflate your ego, insted of attending to the issues being raised. I had paid the Advertisement fees on 2nd March 2019, but the updation of the data continued untile 14.03.2019. that too after repeated follow up. I could not upload the viedofile to the website, as per the guidelines, the videofile should be less than 100 MB size, my videofile was 88 MB, the same was also sent to the Support@magicbricks.com for examination, they found nothing wrong with the file, but the same could not be uploaded, even after trying all the options, suggested by Customercare executive, They asked me to clear the history of the current browser and try uploading, then they asked me to change the browser and try uploading, even after trying all options I could not upload the file, they told me to check the internet speed, which was also excellent. Ultimately they kept on repeating that the videofile updation has to be done by the Advertiser himself and MagicBricks cannot help in this regard.
