We thought of it as an excellent product. Bought it from TV tele shopping. At the time of purchase they said that it has complete guarantee upto replacement of product if faulty upto 1year on the bill. The product lasted 3 days.
When we contacted TV tele shopping, they advised that get it repaired with the local electrician. There is no warranty/ guarantee. Very very disappointed with the product and TV tele shopping for misleading customer. Rs.2, 500 down the drain. Please refrain from buying this product. There is also no service centre.
