Mr. Daljeet Singh ( GM) and his team of engineers at Magic Auto Mayapuri-Delhi workshop are smart enough to extract every possible penny from your pocket whenever they find a chance.
Despite my 1st bad experience with them I visited more than 5 time in there workshop for free and paid services and evrytime evidenced being looted with there cleaver service, sugestion and advice.
Mr.Daljeet is very smart as after cutting your pocket during the service, he ensure that you give him 10/10 rating with mithe-bol with this assuarance that come and visit me directly anytime if you have any complain and I will ensure resolution which never done ever and always got settled.
Also, for a sake of formality and to get your car serviced at there workshop, there support team ensure timely rinder call and the main drama of khaana-purti and dakaiti start once your car reaches the workshop.
Some of the top bad experience are:
1: Engineer used oil which was 5 times costly then Maruti's recommended oil for my engine. I enquired and came to know that such oil is not required for my engine and I m not going to get any extra benefit, instead it will impact performance of engine. After complain Mr.Daljeet took side of thr engineer and said they did it because you may have demanded which I didn't in reality.
2: Received an accesories installed which was used/returned item from some other customer due to faulty condition.
3: Bought a brand new car cover for 1600 rupees saying its is good quality waterproof cover from genuine maruti accesories but immeditely after a week when I used it to cover car in Dry whether I noticed toomuch penetration of dust and in rain car gets mess dirty withdirt n rain. No returnor replacement done.
Even During free service they charged extra bucks saying after washing car will loose its coating and will require a dedicated solution to apply on car body and windshield to avoid faidout. They said I must get itdone after every wash.
Instead of washer fluid I saw ther workshop guys filling tap water in all the cars and after complain he said he will fill genuine fluid concentrate for my car but after next service I noticed tap water instead of fluid.
