Let me ask you all a question what are the requirements of an ideal'TASTY ONE TIME FOOD'
It should have following features-
1)-first and foremost condition is no side effects. whether it gives us some benefit or not whether it provides ample nourishment to our body or not it should not cause any harm to our body.
2)-after fulfilling first condition it should give the main advantage of eating food which is it should provide energy, give our body a new refreshment and help in maintaining it fit and healthy.
3)-third thing is that food should have nutrients essential for human body which include essential vitamins, proteins .fat(not more or less than required), carbohydrates and other things.
