Mafoi is indeed a brand to reckon with. Of late the HR perspective has brought about the pivotal shift in the indian subcontinent. The catalyst is non other than this company.

KPR, the founder of Mafoi has been a man of substance and never in its decade long presence has he diluted it in any media.

But what I fail to see is its level of flexibility which unlike them has been shown by the multinationals who have stormed india and are likely to change scenerio in coming decade.

Most have chosen to catch business in any price possible and thus provide maximum quality driving on the quantum theory.

With time mafoi would win, but most know that india is a price driven country and HR comes at a cheaper price here.
