Maaz Furniture. Review on Maaz Interiors, Bangalore

We heard about https://maazinterior.com/ at Sulekha.com in an Ad. We went through their website and found the offers were good. We contacted them and visited their Bomahanalli office.We selected some furniture and ordered them. We were informed that it would be ready in 5 days time.After 5 days, we were informed that they have run short of the sofa material and it would take few more days.Days passed and it become over a month.Finally they agree to deliver. We waited one whole day for them to deliver but not only didn't they completely ignore the time , they did not turn up saying they did not find a transport. The second time they agreed to deliver, they said the same thing and did not turn up. The third time they agreed for morning and turned up by noon.

And they informed that they had to transport it twice as all the furniture wouldn't fit in, in one trip. For each trip they charged an extra 700 rupees , when they could have easily transported the entire stuff in one bigger vehicle. The second trip delivery took them another 4 hours. And finally everything ended late at night.The whole day went waiting for them. We found that most of the furniture had a lot of scratches. The design we had specified was not what was delivered for the cot .

In total, we received the furniture close to 2 months after we had ordered.It was a heavily frustrating experience at the end of which we just badly wanted to get hold of the furniture somehow. We even felt like letting go of the advance and forget about the whole thing.The whole episode was dealt with very unprofessionally from their side. And even though their rates might be a little less than the standard show rooms, I'd still prefer buying from the show rooms after this terrible experience.
