I think maa tv is best channel in south India because the ratings are high for this channel and programs hosted by maa tv are quite good.Maa tv is very good platform for artists and no.of people are working in maa tv.
Telugu dubbed hindi serials like chinnari pellikuthuru, etc got high popularity in south india.
Especially meelo avaro kotiswarudu( mek) hosted by the actor nagarjuna is really nice.And mek was rated high ratings in 2015 in southindia.
Salaries are quiet good.
Maa also should play their movies in dolby and also buy new movies then it can score highest ratings.
