If you like Bikes, Adventure, Journey then this is perfect show for you.This show contains a new kind of flavour and ingredient.It is full of refreshment and excitement.

Schedule: Saturday 7PM
Concept: It is a story about a group of peoples’ journey. During their journey they need to do conspiracy, planning.Apart from this they need to do perform task to earn money. At the end one person will survive and that person will be the winner.
I like the workflow and concept of this show. This show divided into 2 parts:
1)Audition : Before this audition all the participants needs to go through Group Discussion and then Audition.Don’t miss the audition,it is as interesting full of entertainment as the show.Audition is the first gate to enter the show.The basic objective behind the audition is to judge the calibre ,attitude and roadies quality in the participants.For this all the candidates needs to face interview and this interview is lile a 3rd degree tourcher.
2)Game : Once the participant clear the audition then they are in game.If you want to become roadie then you have to be proactive,sincere and smart.The strategy of this game is “Don’t work hard ,do work smartly”.Through out the game all the participant needs to do some Task which can be anything.All the tasks divided into 2 part and done by team or individuals:
Flow : At the beginning all the participants divided into 2 team. To survive in the game both the team needs to perform.Then through voteout, team will decide which partricipants needs to leave the show.Basically Vote Out is process in which all the participants vote against specified group or individuals.Whoever get maximum vote he or she needs to leave the show.
Money Task : As name suggest that this is related with money. Whichever team or participants win the task, some amount of money added into roadies account.So every time whenever they do the task,roadies account credidted with some amount. At the end of the show this money will become prize money.
Immunity Task : Through this task all the participants have a chance to get the immunity.Immunity is just like ‘power of attorney” and whoever get this will not be voted out.
Key Elements:
· This show is one man show and that is ‘Raghu’.I salute this man.He has a brilliant mind and his attitude towards this show is impressive.In one line I can say that this show is Raghu’s Baby.
· Another key element is Host of the Show ‘Ranjvijay’.Ranvijay was winner of Roadies 1.His approach towards the show is excellent.I can say that he is the perfect host.
My Views: I am watching this show from last 4Years(Roadies 3,4,5,6) and this is one of my favourite show.From Roadies 5 onwards this show become International.
Overall it is a pure entertaining show. I wish to give this show 5 out of 5 but I am little bit disaapointed with Roadies Part 6 which is currently going on.This time most of the participnats are weak.Roadies is famous for Task,Plotting and Plannning but this time it is missing.Hope in coming episoded we will find something interesting.
So my rating will be 3.5 out of 5.
