LOVE KE LIYE is a new program on MTV on the lines of CHANNEL V CRUSH and for people who don't know in this program(LKL)a boy\girl confesses their love for their beloved in the most weird and unthinkable manner possible,with the whole world watching them.V crush is far better(though I don't find it good either)than LKL because there atleast nobody does anything outrageous,its only a show where two people are made to meet,one of whom has a crush or liking for the other one,so their is nothing dramatic about it.Whereas LKL,on the other hand is just soo bad and the kind of people who come on the show are even worse.It looks as if these people have nothing better to do in life and are losers and think of coming on the show for fame,so that their stupid act of love will be seen by the whole wide world,which is so disgusting.Gimme a break.
I have seen very few episodes of this program but the one I have seen i'll write about them.
~~~There is one episode where a guy goes to a dhaba and becomes a chef for a day and prepares the food for his girlfriend to show how much he loves her.Then they bring in the girl to the dhabha and she is made to sit and then the food is served to her by her BF and there he confesses his love to her by telling her that he became a cook for a day to show his love for her,and the girl gives expression of disbelief and after sometime speaks in the most artificial manner,I am impressed.Oof,i felt like breaking my tv set after watching them.
~~~The second episode which I saw is where a guy says that to express the depth of his love he will climb a tree and go near a honey bee web and hit the web,so that all the bees come and stuck on his body,and so in a way he would confess that he could do the most dangerous thing for his beloved,and again the girl is brought in to see what his lover has done for her and she again as expected says I am impressed.
~~~This episode I just saw yesterday,where a boy moves from one building to another through a rope,to express his love for a girl,whom he liked a lot but with whom things were not going exactly fine from some days.So he does the most daring thing,you know, for her.
Now Now what are these channels and programn trying to proove by showing such things?Where is our country heading?The word love has lost its true meaning with such senseless programn coming up,and moreover they are encouraging the young generation(already they have lost the track)that there is nothing wrong in doing such things.Already there are very limited good program on the TV and we are confined to watching such shows.I think MTV seriously needs to do a lot of re-thinking and has to improve the quality of its program....otherwise it will loose all its audience.Where are the good old days of Quiz,Travel shows,Discovery of India gone?
