I have been using MTS 3G wifi dongle. MTS dont provide good service. I dont even 1 Mbph speed for 1000 rs & they have force to pay the same bill.
So, I have decided to disconnect the data card. I have asked the customer care executive to disconnect on 10 but they disconnected on 18.
Mean while I have called the customer care to provide the update. They didnt check any thing & disconnected on 18. on top this they have ask to pay 100 rs from 14 to 18 as connection is active. They didnt agree what they have receive the information on 10.
