I bought a MTS Mblaze and from the get go there were issues with the dongle which would crash my laptop.
I have complained about the issue at least 10 times with no callback and no resolution. They would just close the ticket.
I wrote to the appellate authority and finally a technician attended my issue. After 4 visits and trying out numerous things he accepted that the dongle was faulty. Even then his manager would not agree to exchanging the dongle, I had to fight with him for that.
So the technician took my dongle and vanished. Its been fifteen days and I haven't received my new dongle, and I don't have the old one either. though I get 2 calls a day to pay my bill on time.
