There are another bad mobile network service is MTS . It is 2nd newest launched mobile operator in recent market . Although, MTS is launched around 7 years ago, till they don't improve their service too much . I am using their service from few years . Now I am not happy with their service .
Network Coverage Service:- Their network coverage are not spread in every where . When I live in my house, I don't face network problem . But, when I tour in rural area or I went in village house I don't get network . Inside of the village house there I don't get a single network . To contact someone I need to out from the house . Although, from outside of the house I don't get full strength of signal .
Call Charges:- Earlier MTS launched exiting offer with very good call rate cutter, MTS to MTS free calling . But, now they don't have a good plane like call rate cutter, SMS pack . Now they with withdraw MTS to MTS free calling package . Their internet package is very bad . When they advertise about their internet package, anyone may attract in this . But, they don't tell speed of the internet will decrease day by day . At once, speed will be too less . So, they advertise is not genuine .
Customer Service:- Their customer team is very unfriendly . Maximum time they answer wrong . When I talk with them I feel that they don't want to help me . Sometime, MTS wrongly deduct my balance . Then I call them to know the reason . They said VAS had been activated in my no . But, I don't activate that VAS . MTS activate this type of VAS & deduct balance for their profit . Onetime, at afternoon I done a recharge of worth 50/-, then I switched off mobile . At evening when I checked my balance it show 25/- deducted from my account . Now imagine how can I activate any VAS when my mobile was switched off . When, I request to their customer service to refund the balance, they said straight, refund was not possible . For this type of bad activities of MTS, I had losses around 70/- .
Talk time:- MTS don't have any full talktime packaged below 100/- .
When I call some mobile number or some toll free no from my MTS number, it show dialed no is not valid . But, from other carrier I can call in this number . I have tried many time, all time it show same result . I request to their customer care, but they don't solve it .
Balance transfer:- I can't transfer balance to anyone's MTS number below 50/- . Their money transfer process is not easy to use . Man6 time, I was unsuccessful to transfer money as per their difficult process .
From my above experiences, I say that MTS is a very bad network . I don't recommend MTS to anyone .
