I have been using mtsindia mblaze for post one year. I was using 650 plan but suddenly they changed to 850 plan and increased the amount.


Every time I called them they to call in the month end . I left this issue I was fed up calling them. I wanted wifi hot spot with data and so I asked the dealer regarding this. Since I was outside the town, he got the address and gave a new mts wifi data card to my father. He forced my father to take under his name. He promised the old card will be cancelled from that date and Bill will be generated for only half the month. I stopped using that data card old one.


I had to call customer service repeatedly for more than 10 days for activation. I was surprised for the next month as I was receiving mails continuously regarding bills for the data card. I have started paying for wifi card. I called customer service repeatedly for cancellation of the old card. But they didn't accept my request. Even for the next month the bill was generated saying I didn't cancel the card. I called the dealer regarding this but he didn't pick up the call for many time.


I started legal notice mails. I was shocked and I called the customer no given the mail, I explained them regarding this. They started using harsh words. Manager was very rude. I explained them why should I pay for the months when there is no usage of the card but he was not ready to listen, he was very rude.  I called customer service and I asked for cancellation of both the cards.  But they  are not taking any action or complaint regarding this until I pay the bill. I paid for one month and called them again. They are not ready to take request ".Worst experience
