I bought MTS Mblaze postpaid. First I had to call customer care (to activate my data card) which is not Toll free for the first 5-7 minutes I was only listening to their promotions. Then a guy picked the call and he took another 15 minutes just to activate the data card and put me on hold several times.
Pathetic internet speed. I had to waste my 15-20 minutes and of course my money with the customer care every time I call them. On roaming: My browser shows "you are not connected to the internet." I could not work on roaming and I had to pay roaming charges included in my next bill.
Tired of all I decided to get it disconnected. I called the irritating customer care again and registered the request and the guy on the other side assured me that it will be disconnected within 24 working hrs. But about a week after this I got a bill from MTS. I again called up the customer care and this time the guy told me that my account is active and I have to pay the bill to get it disconnected. This guy gave me a Request No. which was not given by the guy I spoke to earlier (the people in customer care can't even provide correct information). I had to pay the bill for something I have not even used.
Never ever buy MTS. Its just a small greedy company following disgusting tactics to make money. I had to rate it poor but honestly MTS does not deserve a rating at all be it pathetic or poor.
