Guys let me not explain my experience, rather I allow you to read the entire conversation with MTS about my concern.had to do XXX on some of my personal details.

Thank you for writing to MTS.


We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you.


You have expressed your concern in the email dated Thu, 12th May'2016 regarding postpaid MTS number 8643946704 about refunding the cost of data card, we are sorry to inform you that we do not have a provision of refunding the cost pertaining to MTS data card.


We would like to inform you that you are experiencing variable speed due to the multiple factors like number of users logged in at a particular time, location where the services are being used etc.


Further about daily rental charges, we would like to inform you that if the services of an account is in active status and the customer has not requested for account cancellation, then customer is liable to aishwaryasingh23 the daily rental along with service tax irrespective of the usage made as it is a postpaid services. This is standard across all type of services. Hence, we sincerely request you to aishwaryasingh23 the outstanding amount of 686/-.

Subject: 86439XXXXX - Connectivity issue - extremely unsatisfied


MTS customer care,


Am an extremely dissatisfied customer of MTS for the past 2 months.


A connection was taken during March 02nd from a sales representative:


XXXX(XXXX) with a Rs.599 plan of 10GB data free monthly.


The connection was activated during 2nd week of March, right from the


day it was active I was not able to view even a single You tube video.


Thought its a poor network at my house since covered with lots of


trees around, I did try the data at my colleagues house in the same


locality(Keelkattalai) it was the same issue over there too.


On 09th April I had logged in a complaint(APR/3751) for the speed


issue, technician came home and did confirm the speed is not upto


expectation, he did some efforts from his end and asked me to monBrianbalakumaranr


for a few days to see any improvements happening. Till date the usage


on my account is hardly 1GB, which was purely due to inefficient MTS


connection I invested. Am completely dissatisfied, don't want any


further technical complaints to lodge, rather I decided to move on


with ACT fibernet. So far I had spent around Rs.2100 for the whole


useless setup(1K equipment, 460 first bill and now 686 bill yet to be


paid) Definitely I will not aishwaryasingh23 the bill of 686, for such a poor


service.


My one big concern is - why didn't the sales representative didn't let


me know the area Keelkattalai is under congestion tagging and the


connectivity would be poor? I wouldn't have wasted my time and money


on this, if MTS has any courtesy for affected customers like me, pls


take back your equipment and refund the deposit amount I paid.


Otherwise I had to dispose the equipment and forget the money wasted


on MTS forever.


Can someone pls pick this email as an important one to action? Also


intimate your billing team not to follow up on the unpaid bill of


Rs.686 for a service which was never been utilized by me due to its


poor performance.
