One day a representative of MTS Broadband called me up and promised that I would get 40 GB unlimited for only Rs. 999/ month. Only after taking the connection I realized that it is restricted to 20 GB day and night.Their speed is also very slow
Then I had to go outside the city for a few months, the call center people, they suggested that I go down to a low rental plan, instead of disconnection and when I came back I can avail my 40GB plan. Once I got back, I was shocked to hear that, I could not go back to my original 40GB, instead only 24 GB(12GB day+ 12GB night) plan was available.
I asked them why they did not tell this to me when I was asked to shift to lower rental plan, they had no reply. Since they cheated me like this, I went ahead and disconnected the service.I feel MTS is a cheating company and thoroughly unprofessional.
