I recently Purchased the MTS broad band usb (Standard). From the day one the software has not been functioning properly. The Connection used to be established and after 2 minutes there will be a windows error message and the modem will get disconnected. All the tricks has been tried and no use.
Their customer support is the most horrible and it is not at all support, they either hang up your phone when confronted or they simply say it cannot be addressed.
I was very much surprised that for the way the data bytes gets reduced in 15 minutes you loose almost 100 to 150 mb and they charge Rs.198 for 248Mb Imagine you will be paying the highest Internet charges for using Mblaze on this earth. Even you take any expensive Internet service provider the maximum you may be paying is 20 to 30 Rs. for 1 hr. Here it works out to be almost 100 Rs for 15 minutes and a whooping Rs.400 for 1 hr of use which is highly ridiculous
Please do not buy this products at any cost if you buy you will have
Spend telephone charges to contact their customer support which , most of the time on Music or there will be no response
You will have to pay very high for browsing for the usage
Your system will get hanged or you will need to reboot several times
The freebees that they offer will not be honoured. They said for the first time recharge you will get 4times the data value, but they will give some funny excuse and say you are not eligible
Go for the company like BSNL, Tata Photon , or Reliance who offer better customer support , better product and they have been in this for longer time and know exactly what your needs are.
M-Blaze will empty your pocket very fast and do not trust their sales promotion.
