I am existing user of MTS Broad band data card no. 8459850227. I recharge everymonth my data card with RS 999 plan to get maximum speed. But I am not geting speed more than of 16 KBPS. Most surprisingly whenever I call customer care they give me complain no and tell me that technical person will reach to your home and solve your problem. I have already made complain regarding my net speed several times but no one comes to my place I simply get one message that your problem has been shorted out.
Today I connected my data card in the morning to book rail ticket, I was surprised to see that net speed was showing 0 kbps speed resulting which I was not able to book my ticket. Again as there was no option for me to lodge complain again I called customer care they again given me complain no. FEB/9043 and told me that you will get technical assistance in 5 days. After one hour I got message that your complain has been resolved.
So this is my suggestion to all new customer and old customer of MTS Data card to not to take any services from MTS They are totaly Fraud. They are making fool to their own customer.
Also If some thing this consumer complain platform can do then it will be great for me. I want compensation for harashment made by MTS company.
