Hi MTS,
I've been facing issue with the speed of MTS and not getting any result. This could have been better if you would have improve your services. I called customer care but services representative also not supportive. I asked them couple of questions but they were not sure. Even, they have manner how to tackle the customer's queries. I called first time and got a negative response . Another concern is regarding data . some of the customers are getting more data in terms of GBs however I am only getting 10 GB data for whole month.
I also appreciate you guys that you have made the changes in plan like day and light which is no more in place but please pay attention in customer services if you want to retain your customers.
