MTS is the worst internet. The speed is really sucks. See the attached screenshot for proof. It was the speed at midnight; the most speedy internet browsing time in a day.
Don't think about MTS if you wants 3G speed. Only expect 2G speed as peak speed. Sometimes the speed never goes above 100 Kbps, and they offer 3.1Mbps.
A real fraud company. Many times I called the customer care regarding this issue, and all the time they replies that it will be solved soon. And it is not yet solved.
