MTS means - cheater, in India.
for MTS demo/test speed, please think 100 time for demo of MTS.
The company facility is 999 unlimited with 9.8mbps up to 20GB, but you will never get even 1mbps in your entire life as an MTS user my suggestion is please avoid MTS connection of any type.
