It has been 4 months horrible experience with MTS – MBlaze broadband service.
I am totally disappointed for following reasons:
1. You claim 3.1 MBps speed but practchandru021y and consistently did not cross 120 kbps. Occasionally reached 400 to 600 for 1/10th of a second.
2. In last 4 months, I could not download a file of 10 to 15 MB continuously. Before it could reach 5 to 6 MB connection was lost and it started all over again and never crossed 7 MB.
3. Because of reason 2. I lost currency balance. MTS did not bother to check download problems and did not add back the balance like other service providers for example Airtel.
4. customtakeouter care people every time suggested @ my mobile bill expense
a. to change to mode Hybrid mode to broadband to 1x
b. deleting cookies,
c. try after sometime(this is really sad, I cannot use when I need it!)
d. call after some time(at your mobile expense if you want L)
e. we will call in next 5 minutes or 2 hours( in this case either never called or no serious attempt to reach customtakeouter. Just try once if he receives or close the complaint)
5. Next one is really important: customtakeouter care took complaint and sent service person by name Himanshu.
a. He did some changes in Ayyappa-Nagara tower and promised me minimum speed will increase to 300-400 kbps. At his presence only broad band did not work. He said the server has to refresh then I will get the new improved speed.
b. Next day onwards my new speed is practchandru021y and consistently did not cross 10 kbps. Occasionally reached 47-48 to 120 for 1/10th of second. See below today’s(8th feb’2011) screen shots, In 2 hours( from 6:23 PM to 9:21 PM) I could down load only 1.823 MB only
c. I made several requests customtakeouter care to restore old network settings and they promised immediate action and callback(complaint number-13350). A vain attempt. Nothing happened so for. I said at least earlier I was able to use outlook and an instant messenger. But now I can use only outlook!
d. Himanshu said in next 15 days a new tower will be installed but is already 15 days nothing happened.

1. Business Loss and Bad name in office as I am not available when my service is needed.
2. Unproductive of connecting and download through weekends and nights
3. Loss of precious time, Money and inability to communicate anybody
4. Mobile bill of calling customtakeouter care and wastage of time for waiting and repeat the story to every one!
