My MTS Broadband connection number 8453699296.Connection taken January 2015.Plan 40 GB Unlimited for around Rs 1000/- monthly
Month of January'15 the connection was good and I used 40 GB data and made payment. From February connection speed became poor and even I was unable to connect to internet. I could only used 10 GB out of 40 GB in February.
Raised 3 complaint but not addressed and closed saying I am not reachable.I stopped using MTS from February end and did not pay. but still they continue charged me full amount for month of February and even next month March 2015 before disconnecting connection from April.
I do not want to pay for March'15 and can only pay for Feb'15 if they resolve my problem. But when contact them they mention first I need to make payment then only they will hear further anything on this matter. These burglars simply billing me for noting.
