About 2 months back I happened to buy MTS Blaze Data card(dongle), with postpaid connection. The Plan I chose was 10 GB i.e 5 GB daytime and 5GB night.
The speed was really good as soon as I bought it for the first 3 weeks. I was able to browse with good internet speed. After the first billing cycle, the speed was good for a week and then gradually the speed decreased.it was taking longer to load the page, unlike before.
I saw the speed was not improving.So I called up the customer care and told them about the issue. Its the worst customer care I came across. Finally I was provided with the ticket number saying they would send someone to look into the issue. I never heard from anyone.
I called back.and customer care told me I have already utilized 5GB.which was really shocking.the web page is not loading at all and 5 GB data is already used.? I told them how was that possible? I do not download movies and you cannot expect me to watch YouTube videos while the page itself not loading.:( They did not have an answer. All they could mutter is I can upgrade to higher plan. Ya right.?
Again next month, after I paid my bill.the speed was good for 4 days and then speed sucks.web page does not load at all. I regret for taking this connection. Such a waste of money. All I would say is DON'T BUY MTS. Its crap.
