Pathetic Product. Review on MTS MBlaze

I bought this MTS Blaze data card thinking that since its a new operator, they would try to give some good service so that they can create some market reputation. I always wanted an airtel and I was using an airtel broadband connection, but since they didnt have connection at the new place where I moved in Delhi, I had to search for some other operator.

I called the Co. no. I found the co. site. and they routed me to a franchisee who operates from Badarpur Delhi (Rayon Communications).

This guy came to my place, gave me the data card and took the money. He also gave me a bill which in no way looked authentic to me. the stupid data card was not working at the moment I bought it and he made the excuse that its because of the firewall setting etc. on my official laptop + the thing has not been activated yet. There started my ordeal- every day I would call these guys and twice some technician from MTS visited my place. he played around for sometime but couldn't do anything to make it work.

Their service was pathetic, the customer care nos keeps you waiting forever and you end up talking to nobody,

And did I mention that the data card looks like some cheap chinese copy... Body made of cheap plastic that looks like it was made in local weekly market.

I was harassed for 10 days and then finally I had to go to franchisees place to get my money back. I gave him his stupid piece and took back my money but he was cunning enough to not give me back the recharge amount. So I ended up paying for not using the net at all.

I had an argument over this with him and now my only fear that this connection is not misused which is my name. he did not gave me back my docs. I wrote to MTS customer care about this and still waiting for them to answer (its been one week now).

I have bought a Reliance Net connect now and its working great. The guys even called me after a day to check if the thing is working fine,

Please guys, if you care for your money and time, DONTBUY MTS!
