I had horrible experience with these idiots. One idiot from MTS had come to our office asking for exchanging the old MTS dongle with new wi-wifi dongle. I had gone for this offer. I had to return the old dongle and get new one. I started paying for my new wi-fi dongle.
Surprise is that although I had returned the old dongle, I started getting the bill for 4-5 months. I asked them why I had to pay bill for the dongle which I was not using. Still they are sending me e-mails. They don't have any brain to understand.Customer service of MTS is very worst.I am planning to close my account with my new wi-fi dongle also and go for other company dongle.Very irritating a.
