MTS is a joke. It is a cheat company and the customer care executives are full of sarcasm. Now here are some things to note:
When I asked the customer Service Guy to give me the Appellate Authority Number he said he can only give me the email since the Number has been disconnected since last few months. LOL. What kind of company is this?
They promised me 24 hours to get my dongle activated. They took 5 days to activate this after following up with them around 10 times. Awesome.
When it finally got activated, I was shocked to see the speed of this so called 3G device. They should call it a dial up connection not 3G. I mean .31 kbps. What is this.
I called up the customer service to complain he gave me a kindergarten level troubleshooting( delete cookies etc) and then said that my complain has been registered and someone will call you in 2 days. Ha Ha Ha. What age and year are these guys living.
I would rather get another connection in 2 days.
And one awesome thing. They have plans for 20GB per month. I was impressed. But now I realize that even it I run this dongle 24/7 it will hardly consume a few GB's with this speed.
If you want to feel cheated, but this product. If you are sane, stay away.
