I bought MTS mblaze wi-fi for my ease. But it became my nightmare. They promised upto 9.8 mbps speed(3G plus) but they didn`t even able to provide 300 mbps. But I use for 3-4 months. After that I decided to disconnect.
So I called to their customer care for disconnection. The customer care executive told me that we will help me with this if I pay the whole amount of Rs. 2017 from 1st June 2014 - 17th july 2014 and the connection will get disconnected in 24 hours and I also asked him "Is this full and final payment? Will I not get any bill further?" He said yes this is full & final payment.
The customer care of MTS is dumb they don't give full information. I a got bill again in August which is Rs 181, I was surprised with MTS kaboom. After getting a shock I called their customer care they said you connection was disconnected on 7th Aug 2014. I said this is not my fault this yours but they did not agree on that and said if you will not pay that amount we will take legal action on you.
So please don't buy MTS at all you might get stuck with it. This is the worst ISP in india. Even worst that MTNL.
Please please don`t go for MTS.
