MTS is a TOTAL SCAM !! DON'T BUY!!. Review on MTS MBlaze

I was duped into buying MTS Mblaze with Wifi by an MTS agent. Its a Post-Paid service for 999 INR/month(with tax INR 1122/monthly). I was promised that I'll get a minimum of 1Mbps speed. I had this dongle for almost 6 months and never ever reached close to 1Mbps. The highest speed I ever got was 0.1Kbps. Most of the time the dongle won't connect to internet. You can seldom play videos in YouTube. Most of the time the videos keep buffering.

I complained the MTS customer service for 6 times about their pathetic service. Everytime they send me a SMS letting me know that the problem has been fixed but unfortunately nothing really improved, it was the same crappy slow internet. When you use MTS you feel you have gone back to the era when in the 1990s when internet was just introduced. Webpages take awful long time to open, most of the times they never open. YouTube videos hardly ever play.

Even in a metropolitan city like Calcutta only few places it works. Take the MTS dongle few kilometers away from the city and there is virtually zero connection! Right from the beginning of a month they'll send hundreds of SMS reminding you of their montly payment.

DON'T GET FOOLED GETTING MTS! ITS A TOTAL SCAM COMPANY! They even charged me an ARMS & LEG to get the service terminated.
