I have been using MTNL for 6 year's now and it just keep's getting worse.The speed is so poor.The customer care is use less the never answer your call's when they do they hang up on you, they are useless.I called up the area manager to complain he said we don't handle this and they keep transferring the responsibility to some one else.The PING/LATENCY IS pathetic !!!!
I have a 2 mbps unlimted plan I pay 1899 RS I get about 750 kbps unstable never goes more than 1 mbps and ping about 135ms !!! And I have checked on various laptops.so its the internet My brother who lives next door has the same problem he has 1 mbps and never gets 1 ping is always high.
No one comes to fix they guy the send will come after 1 week and do nothing.
