Hi!


This is regarding my MTNL Broadband Connection.


My MTNl connection is registered in the name of my mother Mrs. Yogini Thacker, the same name in which my telephone line is registered.(ph 25931665)


Since 25th April 07(abt.2 months now), my internet connection has been disfunctional. I havent been able to use the internet service since the last 2 months.


Everyday my mom calls the call centre(she must have made atleast 30 calls). All she got is a complaint number and an assurance that your complaint is registered and some one shall visit you. Myy mom would wait all day for the guy to come and fix the problem. he would not turn up and the verynext day when she calls she is given a fresh complaint number.


Finally one day some one from MTNL arrived and we thaught that our fate had changed for the better. Could not belive my starts when the next actually started working in his presence and I saw my yahoo mailbox for not more than 10 mins. He left and the net conection was gone.


Again we went through the same process callling for some one to come over no one did. And belive me we are still waiting and still paying monthly(Rs 299) for the internet connection that we cannot use.


Last straw in the hat was when my telephone line stopped working since th last 15 days inorder to disable us to make any more complaints.


There is no point in haveing a customer complaint number if they cannot provide service.


I had a sify broadband connection initially and am really saddened on my decision to switch over to MTNL


Well I am not going to let this affect me any more. All I want is to cancel my connection. and some one to comeover and take the useless modem back.
