MTNL internet is highly unreliable.The speed is good when it works but most of the time the internet connection does not work, so there there is no use of the good speed it gives because there is no internet connection.
The customer service, as expected, is lazy and you have to go around in the MTNL and actually drag the concerned person to your home to show them what the problem exactly is.
In a month the connection is down for almost 20 days.
People go for it because it is cheap, but then if the internet does not work then there is no use of such connection.So I suggest take MTNL internet connection at your own risk.
