The Worst...MTNL (Maha Terrible Network Ltd.). Review on MTNL Triband ADSL

MTNL is not 'layakk' even of 1 Star. If possible I wud giv no stars at all, instead a big kick....Guys if you are reading this review, pls read it as a good reader and not for time pass !!

I all beg you please.....dont go for MTNL (Maha Terrible Network Ltd.). I had it only for 1 month but I felt it like it was me with 6 months or more. Am not joking. I bought this connection on Jan 7th, 2007 and disconnected on 4th February (no reasons now pls).....I went thru nightmarewhile having it and even after disconnection ... Initial day all the problems cropped up !! 'sab pol khull gayyi'

I can literally tell you what happened each and everyday from Jan7th - Feb4th.....but no am not pakau like MTNL

1) Poor speed?.....no....... worst

2) Poor connection reliability.....no........ worst and finally....

3) Poor customer support?.....no ..........no comments, only got it?

All customer support - ladies -  all sleeping, always, by-heart speech...nind main bhi yaad reheta hai...'Namaskar MTNL' !!!.........am not joking. Speed and connection reliability were issues, other major concerns were CUSTOMER SUPPORT and security. I was given usage bill for unfortunate month and was shocked to see usage of 1800 MB (limit - 400 MB). The bill was showing me usage during times when I was sleeping !!!!  Believe it or not it showed be 89 MB usage (in one go) from 3am-4:35 am) for one particular day....!!!....this was just one of the usage detail....I complained over phones....but all was on deaf ears....I got 51-52 different reasons for every 51-52 calls I made. Even the next immidiate call gave me different reason !!...now it was a height.....finally when i called one person he told me...guys am not joking......he told me ......' hum bhi kya karega, humko bhi pagaar nahi milraha, hum kya kar sakte hai'.......!!!!!! that was a height!!!.....

One customer excutive.....sorry ....sleeping customer executive told me.....'Kaam chalu hai isliye slow chal raha hoga' !!!!.......

When I personally visited their office.....my god !! ...they were playing cards on table during office hrs but before that I tell u one thing I reached there after meeting atleast 5-6 persons...u got it?....OFFICE-OFFICE...!!!!!!!! one person was 'acting' to help me but he knew nothing and I just went off from there.  Our total broadband bill came to Rs. 2, 021 !!!!!! instead of Rs 300 per month......I got my money back just two days back.....thank god I got the deposit back otherwise thses demons would have eat that too !!!

MTNL - 1 month - 256kbps speed  - 400 MB download limit - Rs 300 pm - excess chrgs- Re1/min. (the worst, in terms of all)

now I have got -

Hathway - 1 month - 256kbps speed - 512 MB download limit-Rs 280 pm - excess chrgs - Re

0.9/min (everything is good about it)

so which one is better? huh?......'aakhir govt kabhi nahi sudhregi'.......actually I can write more but.......bas  am tired of writing....there's so much to write about it..
