MTNL Triband ADSL Connection, An excellent speed. Review on MTNL Triband ADSL

To assure readers of my reviews, that my reviews are based on my personal experience,

Today I will be writing about MTNL Triband ADSL connection, and yes I have used many other ISP,s like 5Net, 4Net, Hathway, and many other ISP services.

I had applied for ADSL on my residence telephone No. before in the month of June, and I got the connection installed in 20 days, may be it was late due to my mistake, because I had received modem on 6th June, and I had done some mistake in installation, Instead of PPOPEXE I installed it on dynamic IP which wasn’t proper installation.

First let me introduce to you all some good and bad characters of MTNL BKC.

Ramji Ram: head of engineers at BKC MTNL.

R.K. Singh : divisional engineer of our area.

S.D. Sawant: divisional engineer of some other area.

Ramji Ram a very good man, who looks after customer satisfaction and very quick at looking into complaints and sorting it out ASAP.

R.K. Singh, believe me its hard to find such hard working guy like him in any government department, this guy worked on Sunday also, I saw him personally on Sunday solving problems after there was heavy rains in kurla, this is before 26th July.

this guy visited my house on Sunday, I would say he is a awesome guy and hard worker, just lacks knowledge about ADSL configuration, On 6th of June he was suppose to go to UP by Gorahakpur exp in the evening at 8.00 pm, and he was in MTNL BKC office till 6.30 pm and he was receiving calls from his wife continuously, and he kept on saying he will come directly to LT terminus.

S.D. Sawant, a very sick guy, a lazy bum who just kept on passing time when R.K. Singh handed over his work to him when he was going on leave.

well anyway, now coming back to service on triband, I visited ramji ram on fine morning and he told me to get my DLINK ADSL modem which was provided to me by MTNL, I tool it back and ramji ram checked it, config was lost due to my mistake and he configured him again and showed me how to config it. After that day I never had any complaints about MTNL Triband ADSL connection.
