I feel this review is:
I used MTNL broadband service last year(2016). They have crossed the limit with their extremely bad service. Connection reliability is also not good. Internet speed is good but They actually just play with customer's complaints. When I get frustrated and didn't get any service and solution on call I moved to their office in "Saurabh vihar" then I shocked! The whole staff was so aged, old and lazy that it was cleared that they are knowingly delaying work. The person visited my home for service( after 10-12 days of complaint) shows me the list of a lots of customers to visit on same day but with his Cycle he can only visit 3-4 customers. If broadband is working well then it is good but worst when you need support.
