It is one of the most known, and also the government telecom, and as we all know all our government stuffs are. MTNL is the worst for 2g usage, it is best for 3G because it has the lowest and the cheapest internet plans providing the best speed, but also the coverage is very low, it keeps switching between 2G to 3g. The customer support service is the worst I've ever seen, their own employees don't know the technical things happening their. Also there are no roaming plans, when you ask they say "We have made incoming free on roaming" they say like they're giving free incoming for international. Sucks, no good SMS plans, No good call rate plans, and it's very out dated.
